How to Raise a CIBIL Dispute

If you spot inaccuracies in your CIBIL report, follow these steps:

1. Log in to myCIBIL with your credentials. If you accessed the report via a vendor, register yourself with CIBIL.
2. Under the ‘Credit Reports’ section, navigate to ‘Dispute Center’ and click ‘Dispute an Item’.
3. Fill out the details in the ‘Online Dispute Form’.
4. Under ‘Identification #’, select the document to correct and update the corresponding number.
5. Click the ‘+’ symbol to correct information related to multiple documents.
6. After disputing all mistakes, click on ‘Submit’.
